A postage-paid letterbox delivery with free packaging. Less the hassle of manual postage calculations.

smartpac is a tracked postage-paid packaging. Just pack and post the smartpac item into any SingPost bulk posting box at the post office, POPStop counters, POPDrop kiosks or street posting box by the collection time and the item will be delivered to the recipient’s letterbox within 2 working days (Monday to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays).

You may track your smartpac item on www.singpost.com or the SingPost mobile app.

All smartpac products accept package within 324mm x 229mm x 65mm.

You can check the delivery status of smartpac by entering the delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG) via our Track Item tool.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. letterbox is full); doorstep delivery attempts will be made. In the event delivery is unsuccessful after another 2 attempts, SingPost will leave a delivery advice at the Recipient’s doorstep.

In the event of the non-collection, SingPost may at its absolute discretion and on a commercially reasonable effort, return the package to the Sender, provided that the Sender’s address is clearly indicated. There will not be any subsequent delivery attempt to the Recipient’s Letterbox or any redirection to any other address or to any other post office not stated in the delivery advice.

The smartpac will be returned to the Sender's address, provided if the Sender's address is clearly or accurately indicated on smartpac delivery note. Please note that there will be no refund on postage.
