Tracked Letterbox

Tracked Letterbox is a new and affordable local delivery service for small packages up to 2kg that is delivered to the letterbox within 2 working days.

 

Notifications will be sent to the recipient when the Tracked Letterbox is ready for delivery and when it has been successfully delivered to the letterbox. 24/7 online tracking is also available via SingPost.com or the SingPost app.

All Tracked Letterbox will be delivered to the recipient’s letterbox within 2 working days, when they are posted by the stipulated cut-off times.

For retail customers (including corporate customers without a valid SingPost corporate account)

  1. Via ezy2ship.net – Self-printed shipping labels can be purchased via the ezy2ship website. Users can print their own shipping labels once they provide all the required recipient details and when payment has been made. Shipping labels are to be affixed on the packages and posted over the counter at any of our post offices, POPStop counters or POPDrop kiosks.
    Accepted modes of payment: Credit/Debit Cards.
  2. Via post office counter – The Tracked Letterbox service is available at all post offices island-wide. Payment of service, label generation and posting of package can all be done over the post office counters.
    Accepted modes of payment: Cash/Nets/Credit Cards.

For corporate customers with a valid SingPost corporate account

  1. Via ezy2ship.net – Shipments can be uploaded in bulk via the ezy2ship website and the shipping labels will be generated for self-printing. Packages with affixed Tracked Letterbox labels can be lodged at SingPost’s Bulk Mail Centre during its operating hours.
  2. Via API – Please contact your designated account manager for more information on this method.

Note: No notifications will be sent to the recipient if the sender fails to provide the recipient’s mobile number during label generation.

For retail customers (including corporate customers without a valid SingPost corporate account)

All Tracked Letterbox can be posted over the counter at any post offices. Packages will be delivered within 2 working days if posted by the below cut-off time.

For corporate customers with a valid SingPost corporate account

All Tracked Letterbox can be posted at the SingPost Bulk Mail Centre during operating hours. Packages will be delivered within 2 working days if posted by the below cut-off time.

Bulk Mail Centre cut-off time:6pm on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays

Note: For postings at SingPost Bulk Mail Centre, packages have to be pre-sorted to similar weight steps, keeping to the size and weight limits. Average weight calculation will apply. A minimum posting quantity of 20 pieces is required and all mail items must be posted with pre-approved labels for tracking purposes.

No, packages exceeding the weight and/or dimensions limits will not be accepted. You may wish to consider Speedpost services for weight or dimensions exceeding limits for the Tracked Letterbox service. For more information on Speedpost services, please visit www.speedpost.com.sg

A notification to inform recipients about the upcoming delivery will be sent on the day of delivery which also serves as a reminder for them to ensure that their letterboxes are cleared for the incoming package. Another notification will be sent out upon successful delivery to the letterbox.

 

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. letterbox is full); doorstep delivery attempts will be made. In the event delivery is unsuccessful, SingPost will leave a delivery advice at the Recipient’s doorstep. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, SingPost may, at its absolute discretion and on a commercially reasonable effort, return the package to the Sender, provided that the Sender’s address is clearly indicated. There will not be any subsequent delivery attempt to the Recipient’s Letterbox or any redirection to any other address or to any other post office not stated in the delivery advice.

 

Note: While efforts to ensure that the  notifications are successfully sent, the services are still subject to the constraints of the services provided by the relevant telecommunication service provider.

In the event of non-delivery*, damage or loss of package; there is maximum claim of S$10 per package under this service. However, please note that extended insurance is not available.
