Singapore, 4 January 2024 – Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) today unveiled a set of stamps to ring in the new Year of the Dragon, and these stamps will go on sale from 5 January 2024.
Unveiling the fifth set in the Chinese Zodiac series, the stamps feature vibrant graphical illustrations of the dragon, taking its place after the Rabbit in the Chinese Zodiac order. Ms. Lim An-Ling, an established animator and illustrator, who has been collaborating with SingPost since 2013 designed the entire series.

The set of stamps comes in two denominations: 1st Local (52 cents) and $2.

The Pre-cancelled First Day Cover affixed with the complete set of stamps and cancelled with a special Zodiac Dragon postmark will be sold at $4.05. The Presentation Pack containing both stamps is priced at $5.10.

Postage labels bought at select SAM kiosks at the General Post Office and Suntec Post Office will feature a limited-run dragon-themed Chinese New Year design from 5 January 2024.

SingPost has also produced a special Collector’s Sheet comprising a commemorative $10 stamp. This Collector’s Sheet is designed by Mr Andy Koh, who has designed several stamp issues since 2000. The design of the Collector’s Sheet is a modern take on traditional Chinese paper cutting.
The Collector’s Sheet is priced at $19.15, together with a set of eight red packets in a folder.
