Ms Neo Su Yin
Group Chief Operating Officer
Su Yin is a seasoned logistics and aviation professional with over two decades of experience in driving transformation and operational excellence across organisations. In Jan 2025, she was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer at SingPost in a newly created position designed to translate transformation into tangible results, ensuring high quality execution and business excellence.
This role marks Su Yin’s second stint at SingPost. She first joined the Company in April 2019 as Vice President, Customer Experience, and was appointed at Chief Executive Officer, Singapore in November 2021 – a role she held till May 2024 when she moved to dnata as the Managing Director of Singapore, overseeing the ground handling and cargo operations at Changi Airport (SIN).
In her past tenure at SingPost, she managed the Company’s domestic post and parcel business, spearheading the transformation strategy for the Future of Post and focused on improving service quality and customer experience.
A Singapore national, Su Yin's career spans senior executive roles across both the public and private sector. Prior to joining SingPost, Su Yin was General Manager at CAG, managing the ground operations and customer experience within the terminals. Before CAG, Su Yin had a distinguished military career with the Republic of Singapore Navy for 17 years and held several key leadership roles, including being a commanding officer of a warship.
Su Yin was a Singapore Armed Forces Merit Scholar and holds a Bachelor of Science (2nd Upper Class Hons) and Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She is also a graduate of the United States Naval War College in Rhode Island, USA.
Ms Sehr Ahmed
Group Chief People Officer
Sehr Ahmed was appointed as Group Chief People Officer (GCPO) of SingPost on 1st January 2024. She leads and oversees the people development and cultural transformation for the Group, driving cohesive growth across its global logistics and postal businesses.
With over 20 years of human capital experience, Sehr brings a global perspective and multi-industry insights to leading high impact, change and transformation for global businesses.
Sehr previously led as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and has held various global and regional human capital leadership roles at ABN AMRO, Chartis Insurance, McDonalds, Mercer and IFM Investors. She started her career as a Corporate Banker which gives her the commercial acumen to be the “business savvy CPO”.
Sehr is a Board Member at Xccelerate an EdTech scale-up Talent Marketplace going from Education to Employment. She holds a MBA from the Edinburgh Business School where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. She graduated as a Wien Scholar from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified Executive Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching in Australia.
Mr Noel Singgih
Group Chief Information Officer
Mr Noel Singgih joined SingPost Group as Group Chief Information Officer in July 2022. Prior to that, Noel was CIO for Asia Pacific with DHL Supply Chain. Noel held several leadership roles in DHL Supply Chain in his decade-long tenure, holding positions at both Regional and Global level. He started with DHL Supply Chain in 2011 as the Infrastructure and Service Management lead for the APAC region, before taking up both CIO and COO roles for the Greater China region before moving back to Singapore to take up the Global CIO role for Service Logistics, eCommerce and Warehousing businesses. Noel is a strong advocate on how technology should be leveraged in the business, to improve the efficiency and making every delivery count for the people and the planet. This includes the area of Data Analytics, AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, and many others. Noel has lived and worked in Jakarta, Sydney, London, Geneva, Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore where he currently resides.
Mr Shahrin Abdol Salam, PBM
Chief Executive Officer, Singapore
Shahrin Abdol Salam was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Singapore on 1st May 2024. He leads the development and growth of the Singapore business, shaping the urban infrastructure network and advancing the integration of postal and eCommerce logistics solutions for sustainable long-term growth.
With over 25 years of experience in strategic and operations management, Shahrin brings extensive leadership experience in steering national-level projects, and forging a culture of operational excellence that delivers delightful customer experience. Prior to joining SingPost, he held pivotal roles as both the Managing Director of SMRT’s Thomson-East Coast Line and the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relations, SMRT Corporation. He is instrumental in driving the anchor network of MRT Lines in Singapore, and shaping the Rapid Transit System (RTS), fostering enhanced connectivity between Singapore and Malaysia. His earlier leadership position was with Dubai Government’s Roads and Transport Authority, where he played a key role in shaping prominent projects such as the Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram systems. He also led the landmark development of Palm Jumeirah Monorail System project and Masdar City’s Personal Monorail System project in the United Arab Emirates.
Shahrin is a member of the MINDS Board of Directors and serves on both the Audit and Risk Management Committees. He is also an active grassroots leader and was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal). He was honoured with the Berita Harian Achiever of the Year Award 2023 for his outstanding contributions, both professionally and in community work.
Shahrin holds a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours) from RMIT University, Australia.
Mr Jonathan Ooi
Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary
Mr Jonathan Ooi joined SingPost in January 2019 and is the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, leading the Group Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretariat functions. Together with his team, Jonathan is responsible for the legal advisory and compliance governance of the Group. Jonathan was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2000 and has more than 20 years of legal and company secretarial experience, including serving as in-house counsel in major listed companies in Singapore. Jonathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Laws from the University of Virginia in the United States.
Ms Michelle Lee
Chief Sustainability Officer
Michelle first joined Singapore Post in 2021 as Head of Sustainability and was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer on 1 May 2023. She oversees the sustainability, safety and procurement strategy for the Group, balancing environment, social and governance aspects with the business, ensuring that sustainability is embedded consistently throughout the organisation.
Under her leadership, SingPost has adopted the recommendations of the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) and set its near term net-zero target for its Singapore operations by 2030 (Scope 1 & 2) and longer term net-zero target for its global operations by 2050 (Scope 1, 2 & 3).
Michelle’s sustainability experience spans over 15 years and includes corporate sustainability strategy, effecting sustainable change and operational efficiencies across the entire property value chain from investment management to development, construction to asset and property management. She joined SingPost from Lendlease, where she was Head of Sustainability Asia and Director of Sustainability Singapore.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Lee Eng Keat
Head, Strategy and Communications
Mr Lee Eng Keat joined SingPost in September 2022 and heads Strategy and Communications. He oversees SingPost’s strategy development and implementation to support the organisation's efforts towards building a digital enabled integrated eCommerce logistics business. He also leads the Group’s communication efforts internally and externally, to customers and investors.
Mr Lee was previously Executive Director, Network Partnerships and Strategic Marketing for the Foreign Direct Investment Advisory unit in United Overseas Bank (UOB) where he advised companies on their go-to market strategies and helped them identify local partners in Southeast Asia. Prior to UOB, Mr Lee spent two decades at Singapore's Economic Development Board (EDB), where he led a team in devising logistics sector strategies, offering advice to global logistics firms regarding Singapore's business landscape and regulations, and collaborating with them to formulate strategies and competencies for Asia.
Mr Lee holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.
Mr Gan Heng
Acting Chief Executive Officer, International Business Unit
Mr Gan Heng has been appointed as acting CEO-IBU in December 2024. Gan Heng joined SingPost in 2021 in the Singapore Business Unit, before joining the International Business Unit in September 2024 as the South District Leader with a focus on subsidiary businesses in Southeast Asia. Having straddled both the international and local arms of the business, Gan Heng is familiar with the postal and logistics landscape and has worked with many international and local partners.
Gan Heng started his career in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as an engineering and logistics officer, prior to joining the Changi Airport Group. At Changi Airport Group, he oversaw airport apron planning and implemented projects with key airport stakeholders for greater efficiency.

Mr Simon Israel, 67, is a Director of Stewardship Asia Centre CLG Limited. He is also a member of the Governing Board of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Westpac's Asia Advisory Board and the Global Leadership Council of Leapfrog Investments. Mr Israel is a former Chairman of Singapore Telecommunications Limited and Asia Pacific Breweries Limited and has previously served as a Director of Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited, CapitaLand Limited and Stewardship Asia Centre Pte Ltd.
Mr Israel was an Executive Director and President of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited before retiring on 1 July 2011. Prior to that, he was Chairman, Asia Pacific of the Danone Group. Mr Israel also held various positions in Sara Lee Corporation before becoming President (Household & Personal Care), Asia Pacific. Mr Israel was conferred Knight in the Legion of Honour by the French government in 2007 and awarded the Public Service Medal at the Singapore National Day Awards 2011. Mr Israel holds a Diploma in Business Studies from The University of the South Pacific.
