POPDrop accepts a range of mailing services, including our smartpac and Tracked Letterbox Prepaid Label, Registered Service (Singapore), Speedpost (Singapore) items and ezyReturn for hassle-free returns.

Please note that Speedpost Express and Speedpost Priority are not accepted at the moment.

POPDrop is an automated machine that allows you to send or return trackable eCommerce items any time, any day, while POPStop is a dedicated counter at post offices for shipping and returns of trackable eCommerce items.

Yes, maximum posting dimensions is 324 x 229 x 65 mm. Tracking barcode on item must not be damaged and fully visible to enable drop-off.

POPDrop accepts items with unique tracking numbers from SingPost and SingPost's eCommerce partners.

All items will be delivered to the recipient within 2 working days, when they are posted by the stipulated cut-off times.
