Speedpost Singapore Product Updates

For Retail Customers

To streamline our processes and offerings, the following products and services will NO longer be available to retail customers:

 

  • Product Ceasation - Speedpost Express (Retail) with effect from 6 January 2025
  • Service Ceasation - Assisted Phone Booking with effect from 6 January 2025
  • Service Changes - Doorstep pick up option for Speedpost Standard Singapore (Retail Registered) disabled with effect from 1 April 2025

a) Product available is Speedpost Standard Singapore (Retail Registered) on ezy2ship or over counter at post office

  • $6.20 with GST (Within 60cm x 40cm x 30cm)
  • $12.30 with GST (Larger than 60cm x 40cm x 30cm and within 3m) and maximum dimension capped at (Max length 1.5m; L + 2W + 2H must not exceed 3m)

 

b) With effect from 1 April 2025, Speedpost Standard Singapore (Retail Registered) on ezy2ship sending options for "Courier pick up at my doorstep" will be switched over to "Drop off at POPStation, POPStop and POPDrop".

No, phone assisted booking will cease. All booking are to be made via ezy2ship (https://www.ezy2ship.net/)

For Corporate Customers

To simplify and enhance our offerings, the following services will no longer be available to new corporate customers from 6 January 2025:

 

  • Speedpost Express
  • Speedpost N-Saver
  • Speedpost E-Saver

If you have an active contract for any of the affected services, you will not be impacted. You can continue to use the services until the contract end date.

We are launching two new services on 6 January 2025 to meet your business needs:

 

  • Speedpost Economy: A cost-effective delivery solution for everyday shipments
  • Speedpost Prime: A premium next-day delivery option for urgent and high-value shipments.


Additionally, Speedpost Standard, Speedpost Priority and Speedpost ezyReturn service will remain available for seamless forward delivery and returns management.

Yes, the new services will come with updated rate structures and monthly volume tier discounts. These changes reflect market trends and provide better cost-efficiency for high-volume customers. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.

No, new applications or renewals for the Speedpost Express, N-Saver, or E-Saver services will not be accepted from 6 January 2025 onwards.

Please approach your Account Manager to guide you through the transition process, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. They will also provide a detailed overview of the new services and how they can address your business needs.

Once your contract expires, you will have the option to switch to the new Speedpost services to continue meeting your delivery needs.
