Delivery only available from Mon – Sat, 9am to 10pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.
All items have maximum dimension. Should item exceed maximum dimension specified in the weight tier, the next weight tier charge shall apply.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery:
- Standard: we will attempt to deliver the item again (up to 2 re-delivery attempts). Parcel will be returned to sender if all 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST for consumer shipping.
There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.
