This is a monthly lucky draw promotion from Nov 2023 to Jan 2024 where three (3) winners will stand to win different prizes.
Post Offices and SAM Kiosk.
By payment of eligible bills to the selected billing organisations* with a minimum of $50 per unique bill/tax invoice number.

There are a total of three (3) lucky draws to be held on 15th February 2024. Each eligible transaction made via the Post Office or SAM Kiosk will be entered into that month’s lucky draw itself. Unselected entries will not be allowed to snowball into the subsequent months’ lucky draw.
You will need to provide your name and contact number to enter the lucky draw. Once selected as a winner, you will be required to furnish us your proof of identification.

Yes, as winners will be contacted by phone as provided in the lucky draw entry. Two (2) phone attempts will be made per day over two (2) consecutive working days. Should the winner not be contactable, another name will be chosen from the reserve winner list.
The names of the winners will also be published on the promotion website, www.singpost/paynwin
- • Winners will be notified by telephone to arrange for their prize collection General Post Office, 10 Eunos Road 8, SingPost Centre, #01-123 to 125, Singapore 408600.
A redemption letter with the location, date and time for the prize collection will thereafter be emailed to the winner (following the successful phone notification to such winner). All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or any other items in part or in whole.
