Thailand Post has advised that as a result of Tropical Depression Dianmu, there have been flash floods in many areas of the northern, north-eastern and central parts of Thailand. Consequently, there are some delays in postal operations and transportation, and the delivery of all postal items throughout the following postcode areas is affected to a greater or lesser extent:
