Since 14 September 2024, heavy rainfalls have occurred in the south-west part of Poland resulting in local flash floods. State of natural disaster has been declared by the Polish government. Collection, transportation, delivery operations are impacted in many regions due to closed roads, destroyed bridges and absence of Polish Post employees at work.
The most affected postcode areas at this moment are 43XXX, 47XXX, 48XXX, 57XXX, 58XXX and 59XXX.
