Hongkong Post has updated of the extreme weather conditions across Hong Kong, including the black rainstorm and flooding warning, since the evening of 7 September 2023.
This situation is affecting the processing and conveyance of all inward, outward and local mail. As a consequence, quality of service is affected, including for inbound and outbound EMS, air parcels and registered airmail.
Hongkong Post expects the impact to last for at least a day before the backlogs can be cleared.
