Basic ‘show and redeem’ redemption flow
- Share with us your promotion details before start of promotion.
- Customer presents redemption letter & identification document at Post Office (eg. NRIC) for verification.
- Your customer receives their gift upon verification.
Complex redemption execution
Complex redemptions are those that involve checking of amount spent or product (SKU) codes reflected on receipt.
Example: Spend $25 on Nivea products at specific retail outlets and redeem a free $5 voucher from Post Office.
- Share with us your promotion details before start of promotion.
- Customer presents redemption letter & identification document at Post Office (eg. NRIC) for verification.
- Checks on the participating retailer, amount spent / product codes will be done by our service ambassador before handing over the rightful gift to customers
Customer Engagement Strategies
For all redemption fulfilments that are made over the counter:
- Redemption will be tracked by capturing customer's details and quantity
- Receipt will be generated for customer's record purpose.
- For your back-end reconciliation purpose, the number of redemption letters/ receipts collected will be delivered to you at the end of campaign.
