VNPost has advised that owing to the recent passage of Typhoon Yagi, several northern Vietnamese provinces have experienced severe flooding.
This natural disaster has caused significant disruption to postal operations, including the delivery of international letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items, in the following provinces: Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Lang Son, Lai Chau, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Ha Noi and Hai Phong. Service delays are expected.
