Mauritius Post has advised that Mauritius is experiencing cyclonic conditions and a class III cyclone warning is in force, with effect from 20 February 2023. Consequently, the international airport is temporarily closed and various flights have been cancelled. The transportation and processing of all inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) are affected, thereby resulting in delays in the delivery of mail across the country.
