Paositra Malagasy has advised that Madagascar is experiencing cyclonic conditions as of 4 February 2022. All domestic flights for 4 and 5 February have been cancelled. This will disrupt the transport and processing of inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items), and mail deliveries throughout the national territory will be delayed.
