Jamaica Post has advised that it has suspended all international mail operations (inbound and outbound) and domestic mail operations with effect from 5 November 2024, owing to the passage of Tropical Storm 18/Hurricane Rafael.
This suspension includes responses to customer service inquiries and other associated services and activities. Consequently, delays are to be expected in the processing and delivery of all mail (letter post, parcel post and EMS), customer service responses and associated services.
