Italy – Back to normal at Catania and Malpensa airports, and clearance of backlog of packets and parcels Poste Italiane has advised the following:
1) the disruption resulting from the fire at Catania-Fontanarossa Airport has now been resolved.
2) all operations at Milan’s Malpensa airport (MXP) have been restored.
3) the backlog of packets and parcels due to an issue with the national customs IT system has been cleared.
