Hongkong Post has advised that a tropical cyclone warning was raised at 12.40 on 8 October 2023.
This situation caused disruption to the processing and conveyance of all inbound, outbound and local mail. As a result, quality of service is affected, including for inbound and outbound EMS, air parcels and registered airmail. Hongkong Post expects that it will take a few days to clear the backlogs and restore normal operations.
