Posti Jakelu Ltd has advised that several trade unions have announced that they intend to organize one- or two-day political strikes in various sectors throughout Finland on 1 and 2 February 2024.
The Postal and Logistics Union (PAU) and the Automobile and Transport Workers' Union (AKT) have also announced their participation in political strikes.
Posti’s current preliminary estimate is that the strikes on 1 and 2 February will cause delivery delays lasting several days.
