Cyprus Post has advised that most of the government’s web pages and e-mails have been out of service since 10 April 2023 as a result of flooding in the government node premises. For the Department of Postal Services, the following systems are currently unavailable:
POS located at post office counters;
IPS Web Client;
IPS Webtracking;
Customs Declaration System (CDS); and
All IPS and CDS related APIs.
Owing to this incident, delays may be experienced in the delivery of items, dispatch of outbound items and transmission of ITMATT electronic data interchange (EDI) messages.
