bpost has advised that the major Belgian trade unions have called a 24-hour interprofessional strike, commencing at 00.01 CET (UTC+1) on Monday, 31 March 2025.
This industrial action is expected to affect various sectors and industries across the country, including the delivery of letter post and parcel post, and bpost’s domestic and international logistics network. The strike will also involve ground handlers and other airport and airline personnel.
Therefore, disruption and delays are to be expected in the handling of inbound and outbound airmail dispatches at Brussels Airport.
