Important Update: Cessation of P.O. Box and My Mail Box Service

As part of our efforts in streamlining our product range to better serve our customers, we will no longer be accepting new applications and renewals for the current P.O. Box and My Mail Box service, effective 1 November 2024.

Cessation of P.O. Box Service

As part of our efforts in streamlining our product range to better serve our customers, we will no longer be accepting new applications and renewals for the current P.O. Box service, effective 1 November 2024. The last day of the P.O Box service will be 31 March 2025.

New customers

With immediate effect, we will no longer be accepting new applications for the P.O. Box service.

Existing customers

There will not be renewal options once existing subscriptions expire on 31 March 2025.

  • For customers who have subscriptions that expire beyond 31 March 2025,
    • Upon the cessation of P.O. Box service on 31 March 2025, any remaining balance of the subscription fee for the unused period will be refunded. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your bank account. To facilitate this process, customer to email at g-pobox@singpost.com with the following bank account details:
      • Beneficiary Name
      • Bank, Name & Branch
      • Bank No.
      • Branch No.
      • Account No.

The last day to collect your mail from the P.O. Boxes at the subscribed locations will be on 31 March 2025, Monday.

For subscriptions that expire beyond 31 March 2025, a one-time redirection of mail to the last known address on SingPost’s records will be provided, on the day of termination. Subsequent mail addressed to the P.O. Box will be returned to the sender (if there is a return address).

There will not be any more renewals for this service, effective 1 November 2024.

Yes, with the cessation of P.O. Box service on 31 March 2025, there would be a refund of the balance subscription fee paid for the unused period.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your bank account. Please contact our customer service at 1605 for assistance with the refund process.

We are excited to introduce PRIVY which offers a secured solution for managing your mail and parcels – all without disclosing your address to anyone. Rest assured, all your mail and parcels will be held in strict confidence and securely stored for your collection upon request. In addition, you would be notified via mobile app and email when your mail arrives. The annual subscription for this service will be S$359.70 (inclusive of GST).

Cessation of My Mail Box Service

As part of our efforts in streamlining our product range to better serve our customers, we will no longer be accepting new applications and renewals for the current My Mail Box service, effective 1 November 2024. The last day of the My Mail Box service will be 31 March 2025.

New customers

With immediate effect, we will no longer be accepting new applications for the My Mail Box service.

Existing customers

For current subscribers, the service would remain valid until the end of their subscription period or 31 March 2025, whichever comes first. There will not be any further renewal after the announcement date.

Any mail addressed to the My Mail Box address which SingPost receives after 31 March 2025 will be returned to the sender (if there is a return address) and SingPost will not be liable for the non-delivery of such mail.
