PRIVY

A secure solution for managing your mail and parcels without disclosing your address.

We are excited to introduce PRIVY, a secure solution for managing your mail and parcels without disclosing your address. Rest assured, all your mail and parcels will be kept confidential and securely stored for collection upon request. Additionally, you will receive notifications via the SingPost mobile app and email when your mail arrives. The annual subscription for this service will be S$359.70 (inclusive of GST).

This service operates on a one-year subscription basis. For example, if the subscription begins on 1 November 2024, it will expire on 31 October 2025.

Once the service is activated, all items posted for delivery under this service must bear an address in the following format:

SingPost reserves the right to refuse delivery of any mail not bearing the above address format and return such mail to the sender.

Applications can be made via the SingPost mobile app. Complete your application details and proceed with payment (credit card or eNETS) accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful application.

Mail and parcels sent through SingPost are accepted under this service. The Box Number may not be used as the address for any mail or parcels delivered by a third party.

You may request for self collection of PRIVY Box items via the SingPost mobile app. The items will be ready for collection at either one of the following post offices within three working days during operating hours. For verification purposes, subscribers will have to provide their mobile numbers and the mail collection request confirmation via SingPost mobile app.

For items that are uncollected from the post offices, will be sent back to storage after three working days. Thereafter, you will be subjected to additional charges for subsequent mail collection requests.

Alternatively, you may request for mail forwarding to your doorstep via Speedpost Standard service at a chargeable fee of $12.30 (inclusive of GST).

To avoid any inconvenience or additional charges, please ensure that mail collection requests which have been confirmed should be fulfilled accordingly. If you are unable to self-collect the items after the mail collection request is confirmed, the items will be sent back to storage after three working days. Thereafter, you will be subjected to additional charges for subsequent mail collection requests.

You are able to request for early termination of the service. The subscriber may want to give written notice to SingPost of at least seven working days. Please email g-pobox@singpost.com for termination and note that there will not be any refund for the unused service period.

We are unable to advise on the volume of mail items under storage. You would be notified when (a) box storage is nearing full and (b) box storage is already full. You can arrange to clear your items via mail collection at either one of the following post offices or mail forwarding to doorstep via Speedpost Standard service at a chargeable fee of $12.30 (inclusive of GST).
