Prepayment Promotion Terms and conditions
- 1Customers have to prepay 3 months of room storage fee to enjoy the waiver of room storage fee for the 4th month.
- 2 Customers have to prepay 6 months of room storage fee to enjoy the waiver of room storage fee for the 7th,8th and 9th month.
- Promotion is not valid with any other special discounts or promotions.

The Great Storage Sales - 50% Terms and conditions
- Promotion is valid for 1st time customers who sign up for S3 before 31st July 2010.
- 50% off promotion is limited to a maximum of 6 months with a minimum of 2 months period.
- 25% off subsequent prepaid months for immediate sign up. (Up to a maximum of 1 year)
- Free one time van rental usage (up to 2 hours including waiting time) is valid during promotion period to move into S3 for new customers.
- Van rental services do not include shifting and loading of items onto vehicles, nor liable for any damage or loss during the process.
- Extension of van rental is available at $10 per hour, with booking and payment made with S3 at least 2 working days before rental commencement.
- Van rental charges will not be refundable upon cancellation.
- Any additional charge incurred due to unforeseen delays will be borne by the customers.
- Promotion is not valid with other discounts.
